Use of the website

The content on this site is provided to introduce our services. Designs, text and images may not be republished or copied without prior written permission.

Services and quotations

Any quotation is based on a specific, written scope of work. Additions outside that scope are estimated and agreed in writing before implementation.

Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide the required content and materials on the agreed dates. Delays in supplying materials directly affect the project timeline.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client, excluding open-source tools and libraries which remain under their original licences.

Payment

The payment schedule is agreed in the project contract, and work typically begins after the first instalment is received.

Support and maintenance

Every project includes a free support period defined in the contract. Optional maintenance plans are available afterwards.

Limitation of liability

SITE SNAP is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the services, including outages of third-party services such as hosting or payment gateways.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
